Website Brand Compliance
Assets now available.

As we roll out the new brand strategy, "Fulfilling the Promise," IU Communications (IUC) continues to develop unifying tools and resources that can be leveraged across all of Indiana University. New global (centrally hosted) web assets are now available to make your site brand compliant.


To be brand compliant, your website must include:

  • Branded header for your campus
  • Google custom site search functionality
  • Branded footer with the tagline, "Fulfilling the Promise"


Please update all related assets on your website, even if they are visually correct. There are two ways to do so:

  • Do It Yourself – Download all assets at; a technical guide to website brand compliance
  • Hire IU Communications – Request IUC to implement brand compliant web assets for $375.  Schedule your branding update.


  • IU websites must be brand compliant by April 30, 2015.
